When you don’t see any requirements and the customer is still showing revoked, you can find out the status on when they will be reinstated.
In the service session: “View Account”
In this example, you can see customer needs to wait out the revoked status until May 23.
Customer should be able to see driving privileges reinstated on May 24.
In the record, it doesn’t show any reinstatement requirements because they were met except for the timeframe of being revoked.
